Leaking catalyst

This is a disease the especially effects people who are highly motivated and driven towards a goal of one form or another. This is a mental illness where the dreariness and the monotonous of the underdark is getting to them. It usually starts out very subtle with less motivation or questioning why they are doing this. Doesn't matter what they are doing, even if it is as simple as just eating or trying to sleep. The longer time is spend within the underdark the higher chance people have to gain it. Though it usually is more difficult to those that are intellegent. As it affects the brain itself. The illness grows stronger over time. The second step is that the motivation seem to lessen even if you remind yourself why you do it. You will still follow orders however you won't take initiative with making new plans. and as a final step is a complete numbness. Where you are devoid of motivation of any kind and just an emotional numb. Where you still stand however with arms slacked beside you staring blankly forward.   Even though the duergar are resistance to it they aren't immune to it from time to time a duergar is faced with this illness and for it is executed in one way or the other. Because the duergar won't take care of useless creatures. They do have some ailments that help cure it, however because of how rare it is it is usually not worth it for them to use it on the lower duergar.
