Arctic Titanium
An extremely rare Divine Metal native to lands of extreme cold. It can only be forged under sub-zero temperatures that can easily kill races not heavily adapted to or immune to the cold. Therefore it is one of the rarest natural metals on earth. When crafted precisely, it can passively repel heat or fire from the holder, or, in severe situations, absorb the heat or fire in order to protect the wielder.
This Divine Metal can only be wielded by those with extreme resistance or complete immunity to cold, as the metal is so cold that it can burn and gradually absorb the life force of those that aren't resistant to it’s effects.
