Allacraus Child of the Storm

Ever since the Everstorm appeared over Devil's Ante, some children born in the city grow up to manifest a certain affinity for the strange weather. They may be "ordinary" storm mages who've been slightly empowered by the strange atmosphere of the city, or a new phenomenon entirely.
