Cambane

Cambane is a suburb of Banreah located on the Ensele River. As the home of both Lace Twine University the Floseur Association of Leland, it is considered to be the center of the aesthetic Flora discipline.   Established after the creation of Lace Twine, Cambane began as a small collection of buildings that served as off-campus housing for faculty and staff. As the years went on, the reputation of the university grew and the size of Cambane did as well. It began to attract experts in the field of aesthetic Flora to the area, even those with no affiliation to the university, as well as those who merely had an appreciation for the beauty of the artistry associated with the discipline. Because of this, the Floseur Association of Leland would eventually build its headquarters in Cambane as well.   The aesthetic of Cambane is unlike any other. Carefully curated flowers, shrubs, trees, vines, and other assorted flora adorn every building and walkway of the town. While most buildings are of standard Cesan construction, the town boasts several living architectural Flora buildings, Depcevik House in particular being a gift to the people of Cambane by the people of Ebonvale as a way of joining the two Flora-focused communities together across the whole of Leland. At the center of town is a topiary garden tended to by students of the aesthetic Flora program at the university.
