Cadmanian
The people of Cadman, these people are defined by their size and strength. As a general rule, they are larger and stronger than any other Namerian. Though they enjoy a good fight, they are not fond of senseless violence, and condemn warfare.
Naming Traditions
Feminine names
Short, usually end in a vowel. Most common: Ashley, Rebecca, Sara, Elle, Ava.
Masculine names
Short, usually end in a hard sound. Most common: Eric, Jack, Evan, Rick, Ben.
Unisex names
Short, similar to those we use. Most common: Jaimie, Bo, Tal, Mika, Caleb
Family names
Take the founder of that family and add a prefix: "sen" for a male founder, "nis" for a female one
Culture
Major language groups and dialects
Cadmanian is spoken below ground. Aboveground, the surface tribes have a different dialect (though there are many similarities). Most people can speak both.

Based off of friendships and close bonds between those who fight together. Preach forgiveness and understanding.

Love to drink and fight together. Detest senseless violence and the killing of innocents. Value technology.

Common Etiquette rules
If you get in a fight with someone, buy them a drink afterwards. Respect the bartender. Never hurt a bystander in a fight. Help out the street orphans if you can.
Common Dress code
Typically wear dark leather. Very few dresses, everyone wears pants and boots.

Epic beaded tapestries showing history or legends. Dome-shaped buildings. Large marble sculptures in squares.
Common Customs, traditions and rituals
Celebrate a winter festival and a summer festival each year. Getting a drink is considered a celebration for any minor occasion, while full parties are only for major ones.

Newborns are passed around to different family members, with each one giving a "blessing" or a gift
Coming of Age Rites
On your sixteenth birthday, you are sent out to fight in a fighting pit, to see if you are worthy. Even if you lose, it's a celebration.
Funerary and Memorial customs
Burn their dead. Go back to the deceased's house and drink, honouring their life.

Never hurt a bystander or someone who doesn't deserve it. Never insult a street orphan.
