The fire-hearted head of the House of Mabon and eldest son of the heroic Elad One-Eye.
Drystan had a fierce rivalry with his brother, Tywyn, and many had expected them to one day come to blow, but most never heard about their rivalry over the fair Eloise.
Drystan wed Eloise, but she still loved Tywyn.
Years later, Tywyn died in foreign lands, his name disgraced and outlawed, but Drystan has seemed a shadow of his former fiery self. Throughout the years of the Anarchy, Drystan has been wounded several times, and during the Skirmish of Stapleford, he was captured by the forces of Sir Cairn of Woodland and held for ransom.
In the year of 502, Sir Drystan was reported to have died of an illness while in captivity.
