Principal Srinivasa Avasarala (a.k.a. Srini)

The current principal of Legend Valley Academy, Srini, as he is known, is the grandfather of Mal Jones.

His wife is deceased, and his only son, Vikram Avasarla, ran away from home at the age of 22 and went to the United States of America.

Father and son lost touch, and 16 years later, Srini learns that he has a granddaughter, Malaika Jones.

Srini then arranges for Mal Jones, Vikram's daughter, to transfer from the town of Rumford in Connecticut, USA, to Legend Valley Academy, where she starts her magical education as a Fourth Year student.
