Session 5: A Family Divided

General Summary

Previous Report : Session 4: Assault on Tenby

• The UH made their way back to Yabott with their loot and captured soldiers.
• Upon arrival they encounter the saved prisoners and introduce themselves, after a brief conversation the freed prisoners are guided to their accomodation. (Nelalwe Birlond, Ronald Birlond, and Fay Birlond).
• The captured soldiers are taken up to the temple and are split between those that The Golden Chalice has been used on, and those that it hasn't.
• An interrogation ensues, where Rowan woke the turned soldiers up and began to discover key information.
• The unturned soldiers were left alone.
• Jackie and Talon returned to Yabott to do some training because Jacq'ee Lumber proved incapable of not attempting to throw the captured soldiers into the lava.

• Whilst training, Talon Gold and Jacq'ee Lumber noticed Fay Birlond acting strange and upon attempting to follow her, witnessed her disappear into thin air.
• Jacq'ee Lumber called upon her ability to commune with animals once more, however it appears that the bird she chose to commune with had little to no intelligence with which it could prove any use to Jacq'ee Lumber.
• Ashe Cinders, Rowen Ashe, and Christol 'Kit' Abistel realised the Birlonds had not been tested before being brought back to Yabott. As such they made haste to the town in order to ensure they were not turned.
• Meanwhile, Talon Gold and Jacq'ee Lumber began to impose on the Birlond parents, trying to understand the strange circumstances that they had witnessed with Fay. After it became evident that the questioning was not working, they proceeded to leave, when they ran into Ashe Cinders and the others.

• After Christol 'Kit' Abistel and Ashe Cinders asked Nelalwe and Ronald some questions that confirmed they were not turned, they agreed to all help to find Fay in order to ensure she herself was not turned.
• The UH split up around Yabott to find Fay.
• Fay appeared in the middle of Yabott and casually skipped towards Ashe Cinders, Nelalwe and Ronald.
• After professing that the king would protect her better than her own father, she proceeds to stab him twice, before disappearing in a puff of mist.
