Onayia (a.k.a. The Blue Shadow)
The Blue Oni is a rumored infiltrator that has begun to show up in the frontier sector. Belived to be a hired mercenary who works for the highest bider through certain connections. Has shown up to aid or cause problems for diffrent groups within the frontier sector. One of their first known missions involved protecting a young woman from a group of hired guns that were paid to aquire blueprints that she had from her father.
Ever since this infiltrator has shown up it has become harder for the intelligence bureau to operate in the frontier sector. It is believed they have been hired to get in the way of investigations or to act as a distraction with their unique armor design. So far they have been linked to a number crimes against the AGO and the Commonwealth.

She is in top shape thanks to hard training she does in a regular basis. She maintains her fitness focusing on her agility yo give her the speed advantage in battle and allow her a extreme level of mobility. She does have to take a gene stablizer as her shifting ability can cause abnomalities if not dealt with on a regular basis.

Blue Oni was created using advanced genetic technology to create the perfect infiltrator. Was taught very young in the knowledge of the truth seekers. When physically able, they began training under their handler Yasuke who taught them how to fight and think in tough situations.
When they proved themselves worthy they were given armor and a test mission. They were to either gain weapon blueprints or gain possible asset in the creation of such weapons. They chose to protect the young woman.
In doing so they risked their life to get her out of the city and getting her off planet. The outcome of this decision has benefited the truth seekers by giving us access to an up and coming weapons dealer who has close ties to the organization.

They saved a young woman from being killed by syndacate members paid by a corrupt buisness man who wanted her father's weapon designs. Thus gaining a great ally in the future as that woman became loyal to Blue Oni.

They have a habit of touching their face and limbs at time. Almost seeming like they are trying to make sure everything is right. They also have habit of fixating on parts of their skin they consider an inperfection. They tend to stay quiet in most situations, prefering to not say much as most of their work in hiding in the shadows. When they do talk they can be rather direct which can come off rough in most situations.
