Madduri Language Forbidden in Vaalus

As part of the general clampdown on the Madduri-Vaalin, the speaking of the Madduri language in public, and the teaching of it, is outlawed in the Holy Republic of Vaalus. Though aimed at the language spoken by the shifters, the Lightfoot nomads, who speak a closely related tongue, are likewise caught up in this ban.
