Ceneric ap Rutcoddr

Life

According to Tdjaia'ucchan, she was the war-leader of a people who were once enslaved by the giants, and then by the Eladrin who "liberated" them. She realised that the gods tolerated, even encouraged, oppression like that which her people had been subject to.   The portraits owned by Ambrosius depict her as human.

The Call of the Third

And the third spoke: “I seize divinity for all those who are oppressed; that we might hear the cry of the weak and the downtrodden and bring forth liberation - let there be no injustice nor oppression within my domain. I claim Justice, for I have beheld the Face of the King, and pledge myself thus to Victorious Night”

Aftermath

Tdjaia'ucchan claimed that she gained full comprehension of all injustices and wrongdoings as they were committed, and became incapable of responding save for by lashing out with violence and escalating the situation further.

The War of the Paragons

Tdjaia'ucchan claimed that she allied with Dra'az and Velzarn against Oruban. After Oruban's army sacked the city of Llyrgwael, she called up the powers of the deep ocean to sink the city of Shas'Ellith under the waves, destroying it utterly.   Her throne is believed to have been in Llyrgwael prior to the city's destruction.

Binding

The Fragment of Storms implies that she was swallowed by the "Dragon of the Deep", whilst in battle against the armies of Oruban. Morkath's Account meanwhile claims that she was imprisoned in the depths of the ocean, and became unable to continue to partake in a cycle of reincarnation.

Followers

Though few details have been forthcoming, it appears that at least some of Ceneric's cult survived her, being reborn through the means of the Oath of Night. The only member of this cult so-far-identified is Tulia Seconda Akropos (and thus, by proxy, Motion Ashbrook-Sarren)

Legacy

It is unclear what influence Ceneric continues to have upon the world.   An offhand comment describing a Shifter as a "whelp of Cendra" could be taken as implying that some believe her to have had some connection to the origin of that race, though the truth of the matter is unclear.
