The Earl of Jagent offered little resistance to Uther's armies as they marched across the county to fight Duke Gorlois. For this reason, Uther allowed him to keep his station after the Duke's death. 495
Following the Infamous Feast and the death of Count Cermine and his two sons, the county fell into deep anarchy as various factions form to fight over the county. Sir Tegfan, nephew of the former earl's cousin leads one faction, while Sir Orain, a banneret of northern Jagen leads another. Many other knights are using this opportunity to settle old scores and family feuds.
