DIII a.D. - Le siège de Londinium
General Summary
The Saxons field two armies and besiege London. Duke
Ulfius leads an army to fight, but is outnumbered and
outmaneuvered, so fights a very short battle and then
retreats during the night. The Saxons then besiege London
which surrenders and agrees to pay tribute every year.
The Saxons seem generous as they let London administer
as before.
King Nanteleod joins with Duke Corneus of Lindsey
against the King of Malahaut and his northern Saxon
allies. King Nanteleod wins a decisive victory and the
northern saxons are crushed. Lindsey and Escavalon are
reconciled.
