General Summary
Dux Vortigern convinces the Supreme Collegium to elect Constans as the High King.

The British Senate, also called Supreme Collegium, meets. At the urging of Dux Vortigern, the Supreme Collegium chooses Constans, the young son of Constantin, as the High King. Constans is a, bookish type, however, so he relies on his uncle Vortigern for advice. Rumors of raiders in the north abound.
