CDXLI a.D. - Avènement du roi Constans
General Summary
Dux Vortigern drags Constans from the monastery, and has him crowned the King of Logres, hoping to use the weak, unworldly king as his puppet.

Dux Vortigern (and King of the Silures and the Ordovices, two Cambrian tribes) travels through your lands on this way to London. Once there, he summons Prince Constans, Constantine’s eldest son, from the monastery. They discuss the situation and Constans reluctantly agrees to his uncle’s demand that he takes the crown and is elected as the King of Logres. The Berroc Saxons swear their oaths to the new King. The Supreme Collegium receives a summons to convene to select a new High King, but due to the intertribal raiding and feuding, they are not able to gather this year.
Pirates and bandits grow bolder as the kingdom remains in chaos.
