General Summary
Prince Uther and Merlin invade Ireland, defeat King Gillomanius in battle, and transport Sacred Stones to Britain. They are added to the Giant’s Dance as a memorial to those killed in the Night of Long Knives. Aurelius settles his followers to lands in Logres, and introduces vassalage: a vassal swearing allegiance to a higher noble, even if they are from different tribes. The tribal affiliations fade away. King Riothamus of Cornwall leads his army to Gaul to fight against the Aquitainians, but is defeated and killed with most of his army.
