Fellier, Atithe (Fell-ee-ehr)
FELLIER
Fellier is a medium-sized city that has embraced their position in the ecology of Atithe. They are focused on being the main producers of plant matter and commercially produced meat. Large warehouses in the center of the city store all produce and meat products grown by the majority of the residents of Fellier. Because of the delicate nature of herbs and flowers, the city chose to bring the production of these main plants of these varieties in the green space of the city and thus, the city smells wonderfully floral. Small shopkeepers help provide the necessary tools for people to complete their work and the Agricultural Development and Union Center both plans the crops and animals to be grown as well as represents the workers growing them.The people who live here are generally happy and welcoming to outsiders. It feels like a small town, despite its size, and everyone knows each other. People share what they have excess of and trade for what they need if all possible. Children that are raised here don't often leave and settle down with their own families here. Technically, Fellier includes a lot of the smaller farms and homesteads dotting around it, despite them not being in the actual city limits. Much of these homes are passed down through generations.
BRIEF HISTORY
Founded after the original founders of The Atithe Center campaigned for a centralized food source for the region, it was originally built rapidly and chaotically to fill the need as soon as possible. However, as the city slowly stabilized and became prosperous, it added a second half to the city in a more carefully planned manner. The people of Fellier has always felt connected to nature with their work dealing with plans, so it was imperative the aesthetics of the city matched their values. When the second half of the city was done being built, the amount of empty green space was evident. After an exceptionally busy and difficult year, all of the basic herbs and general spices that Fellier grew fell to the side. The next year, the city's people collectively came up with the idea of using the green space to grow the herbs and flowers. All of the people that lived within city agreed to collectively help nurture these plants in their free time. The crop became prosperous.The city overall has a very tame and peaceful with low crime rates. The city has grown and flourished with very little conflict. Recently, the youngest Mayor ever was elected. Mayor Kithora Lightfeet took leadership only last year at the age of 20. Respected and elected for the position due to her natural skills and affinity for plants and agriculture, she continues to work in the fields while maintaining the peaceful nature of the city.
IMPORTANT PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS
- Mayor Kithora Lightfeet: A young Halfling mayor at the ripe age of 21. The awkward, but friendly, blonde Halfling woman had a natural affinity for agriculture from a young age and quickly was teaching even the most longest working farmers a thing or two. She is the most recently elected Mayor, as well as the youngest ever elected.

Fellier
A medium-sized city focused on producing the majority of crop food available to Atithe. The residents here are mostly farmers working on the large fields owned by Atithe. Of course, your necessary shops for clothing and tool repair can be found here, but the vast majority is focused on farming and the amenities needed to upkeep the large and expansive fields.
