Chaser

The Chaser is the rarest of his model. Since all toys are sold as blind bag surprises, some variations are rarer than others with the Chasers being the hardest to find. As a result of their rarity, they're highly collectible and very quickly identified by Bigs when spotted. As a result, Chasers are usually very stealthy, and very good at disguising their distinguishing features. Fortunately, these are usually fairly minute ("She's got a new hat!") and easily hidden. In some cases, they may remove or damage that thing that makes them unique to minimize the chance of capture.

Chasers are always fairly paranoid, and always watching their backs.
