Harper Kirby is a middle aged man native to Las Vegas. You will always see them in a three-piece-suit, and walking with a limp.
In their younger days they did wet work for the powers that be in Las Vegas...so mainly Lady Black. That is until they killed the wrong person and got on her bad side. She retired them, forcably... thus the limp.
These days they can be found in The Horseshoe a seedy Casio off the strip where they tend bar for something to do. They are wealthy, but most of that wealth is in art, which they commission; or their workshop in South Summberlin.
If you ask they might tell you about that time they took out an entire nest of homophobic bastard vamps.

-Worked at my forge
-I saw news of a Murder in Bosco's Territory.
-I got called by Bosco for my expertise.
-Rocky showed up with a job from her.
-Out of retirement for the time.
-Murder is similar to one from 20 years ago.
-Viv is getting supplies to pay for Macaroy
-I got a date with Selena for next Sunday.
-Get a call from Sabine about another missing girl
-See someone from my past involved with Sabine's girl.
-Look into a werewolf-proof babysitter for Bosco? He and his wife really need a break.
-Viv's project still needs more time.
