Faultline Center of Regeneration - FCR

Faultline Center of Regeneration (FCR) sits on an otherwise nondescript corner in the northeast region of Talconos City.

Its three budilings are connected via pedestrian walkways above ground and tunnels underneath the grounds.

The Central building stands at five stories above ground and an additional four stories burrowed under the surface, including a parking area for all sorts of vehicles. It is the tallest of the buildings and also the oldest of the FCR complex. It is said that it was established at the very start of Talconos City.

The Central building is the main hub and where all patients are processed before being sent along to specialty units in either Central, East, or West builings. If a patient’s ailment is rooted in their body, they will be escorted further in the Central building and its many suites.

The East Building is the second tallest of the three buildings. It specializes in the ailments of the mind. This includes anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, two-brained misalignment, and more. Patients may stay for short-term, long-term, or outpatient basis.

The West Building is the shortest building and the most nebulous as dealing with the problems of the soul, spirit, metaphysical. No one knows for sure what goes on in that building. Usually if the East building personnel cannot help the patient and it is determined that the issue is more metaphysical than mental, the patients are transferred to the West building. Sometimes the patients are discharged with their problems. Other times, though, the patients just disappear from the medical records of the FCR system and the patients themselves…lost.

The streets surrounding the FCR complex are on a downgrade with the complex resting on top of the slope. This gives it the illusion of the buildings being taller than it actually is. It towers over many of the buildings in Talconos, though nowhere near the tallest of them all.

The medical staff are equipped to treat the ailments and conditions across eighty species within the Galactial Alliance. Considering that Talconos is the seat of diplomacy as well as debauchery, it goes without reason that the medical personnel and their supporting staff have seen all the galaxy has to offer in the wide range of its patients.

How they manage to keep up with the demand and challenges is due to their skills to enhance the healing of their patients through their cutting-edge and, at times, highly-advanced technologies.
