The UnderDungeon

While there are holding cells for the more minor criminals of Melazcar, when things get serious, especially once they threaten the king or involve fire magic being used, people get taken to the Underdungeon. This space exists beneath the great river NAME that runs through the heart of Camboon, sitting just below its quick waters. While the walls within are thick, they're intircately connected to the ceiling, that active tampering with doors and such will open the ceiling and let the river run into the room the tampering was occuring in.
With low ceilings and relatively thin spaces, it's rather cramped and unpleasant. The entire space has an oceanic blue glow from the water above, and for those with no issues with claustrophobia, the sound of the water above isn't entirely unpleasant. Few find their way down here from their actions, and escape is considered an impossibility, with the way its been carefully built to drown anyone who attempts to do so.
