Konohagakure
Where the Will of Fire burns bright.
A large village city that is known for being one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations, recognized for its great military power, flourishing economy, and incredibly determined citizens to carry on the Will of Fire. Konoha is led by its lead representative, the Hokage, the Hokage strives to protect all of it's citizens no matter cost, and to allow the people of Konoha to live on. In history, there have been a total of seven Hokage. Konoha is generally seen as the most powerful of all villages, and has enjoyed several years of relative peace and stability, but it is not a settlement without its struggles.
Demographics
People are distributed among clan members, having their own province in the village dedicated to their clan. People are also spread out by class and rank across the village.
Those Leaf Folk who unfortunately cannot keep up with monthly taxes or locate themselves an employment opportunity fall into the Kowareta Class. The Kowareta class can be made up of homeless Leaf Folk, stranded street performers, or anything of the like, they typically are the people who beg for donations from the wealthy or below. Luckily for them, Konoha established a Homeless Shelter and Encampment in order for those souls to integrate themselves into Konoha once more with more opportunities. Women in this class do resort to prostitution, but Konoha does not treat that lightly, and takes those exposed women to therapy or the Police Force in order to sort out the situation. This class very rarely has children involved, but if cases entail of children within this class, they would be treated within the orphanage. This class is not just homeless civilians, some do own homes within the village but must work around the clock to keep it, these type of abodes bear resemblance to the state of the owner, slum and poor.
The elite class in Konoha are dubbed the Hishigata Class, or the diamond class. These folk are financially successful, finding ways to constantly own a stream of money to put food on the table. Members of this class are usually higher-ups, shop owners, or blooming entrepreneurs. This class also comes with those who work in the Hokage's Estate or employ themselves to B Rank Shinobi level missions or above on a regular basis, this also includes higher ranked Shinobi such as ANBU. These members also have political power and can buy their say in certain political issues, these members tend to be disconnected from physical labor. In order to keep the equilibrium, members of the Hishigata Class are required to donate or spend a certain percentage of their earnings into military power or community operations. Daimyos and Samurai can also be placed within this list. There are other more detailed classes and descriptions of certain demographics such as the Ronin class. Ronins are considered Shinobi who have lost their way in the path of life and do not belong to any village power, master, Kage, or Sensei. This class tend to delve in freelance work and get tangled in business from many employers.
The advanced positions are located within the Hokage's Estate and some are:
Social/Wealth Classes
Konoha is fairly modern compared to the likes of the ancient feudal Japan system, however there are remnants of that system within. Citizens with a stable income and ability to provide to the village with physical labor or charity are considered part of the Zaidan Class. People of the Zaidan Class are known to work in common standing occupations that do not necessarily offer minimum hour jobs, though with their efforts are able to sustain themselves and gift to the community, as well as keep up with monthly taxes. This class is reminiscent of Artisans and peasants in the Japanese feudal system, and in modern terms, is the Middle Class. They rarely need support from other classes to withstand the economic tide. Those Leaf Folk who unfortunately cannot keep up with monthly taxes or locate themselves an employment opportunity fall into the Kowareta Class. Professions/Employment
Konoha has a multitude of jobs and opportunities for civilians to explore, several fields tie in with modern day jobs such as mail-delivery or cashier in stores. If a player desires a regular standing job, like a librarian, it likely exists. Careers in Konoha do not have incredibly unique positions except those relating to shinobi activity:- Shinobi (Genin, Chunin, Jonin, Superior Jonin, Sensei, ANBU, Kage)
- Avian Messenger/Messenger
- Sensory Shinobi
- Medical Shinobi
- Cryptanalysis Shinobi (Shinobi well versed in decyphering, decoding, analysis)
- Jutsu Scientist
- Police Force Officer
- Ninja Tool Engineer
The advanced positions are located within the Hokage's Estate and some are:
- Kage (Title varies among region)
- Daimyo
- Shogun
Government
Konoha can be considered a mix of a bureaucracy and a democracy, where a collective effort of different leading groups help control several individual aspects of the village. The main apex of the the government is the Daimyo, who cooperates with the Kage and a village council, who then works with other governmental systems (similar to a checks and balances deal.)
Konoha uses this system to keep the village civil and maintained, this system also helps assign Shinobi money which help get tasks done throughout the world and strengthen the economy.
Laws in Konoha have three different types, civil, criminal, and shinobi law. Civil and Criminal are similar to those of the modern day, in the most basic terms, no murder of other Leaf Folk unless in self-defense (ranks also justify), no betraying the village, and no criminal practices. Shinobi law consists of many rules followed amongst them all:

Shinobi law consists of many rules followed amongst them all:
- Shinobi Rule 1: A Shinobi must always be respected for prioritizing comrades or missions, no matter the two.
- Shinobi Rule 2: A Shinobi must never show their tears.
- Shinboi Rule 3: A Shinobi must see the hidden meanings within the hidden meanings.
- Shinobi Rule 4: A Shinobi must follow their commanders instructions.
- Shinobi Rule 5: A Shinobi must prepare before it is too late to.
- Shinobi Rule 6: A Shinobi must never abandon their will.
Defences
The measures taken to ensure the peace and stability within the village is no joke. Konoha places a transparent security dome over the village, and when an intruder who does not bear a Leaf Seal Badge, that provides identification, the security dome will immediately notify the higher ranked Shinobi to prepare further protocols.
Military force is no where near lacking, thousands of Jonin, ANBU, Chunin, and Superior Jonin stand strong to fend off the village from invaders or Rogues whenever called upon. All these individual army men with unique chakra characteristics must follow a protocol:
Sensory Shinobi must take shelter, away from enemy eyes, and detect all harmful presences within the village and outside the village and report them to higher-ups and other offensive Shinobi.
Long-Range Shinobi should arrive to any enemy location and preoccupy the foe with consistent barrages of their own projectiles. If cavalry arrives in time, they should aid the battle effort by acting as an annoying persistent opponent for them.
Medical Shinobi are demanded to seek out the injured and wounded in case of an attack. Avoid any aggressive encounters no matter what, even if abandonment is necessary. One medical shinobi should stick with one offensive squad with the task of healing those wounded while on the defensive.
Medium-range and Close-Range Shinobi shall focus on full initiative and combat, attempting to dispose of the target with as much power that is required.
- Eliminate, stall, or lead away the enemy units
- If phase 1 is not viable, evacuate every civilian to the nearest shelter hidden throughout the village
- Use all of the forces in the village to eliminate the enemy with full force using home field advantage
- Establish a base of operations to devise a counter-attack
- Return all outside forces to Konohagakure. Konoha has been threatened.

Industry & Trade
The village uses methods of importing and exporting goods to other settlements and villages. Some of these goods consist of ninja weapons, cloth, fibers, technology, and some of the other infrastructure Konoha possesses. Job opportunities present themselves in two manners, modern day employment and the shinobi work effort. The Shinobi work effort consists of citizens or higher ups requesting missions from shinobi, and the recipient of the mission must fulfill it.
If they manage to successfully complete the request, they are compensated with rewards; be it monetary or other forms of payment. Modern day employment has jobs that are similar to present day ones, but most have Japanese or Chinese concepts.
Infrastructure
Konoha's entrepreneurial achievements are like no other. Konoha established many inventions that have spawned even more creative accomplishments. A list of them can span miles if minor inventions are accounted for, some more significant ones are:
- Shinobi-Ware
- Smoke-Flash Bombs
- Chakra Blades
- Foam Spray
- sewers
- Batteries
- Cameras
- Television
- Satellite Dishes
- Video Cassette Recorders
- Video Tape
- Weights
- Water-Mills
- Sky-Scapers
- Chakra Cannons
- Shinobi Gauntlets
- Shuriken
- Kunai Blade
- Chakra Enhancing Metals
- Chakra Tags
Assets
Konohagakure's assets do not range from any valuable objects or items, for them, it felt illogical to keep such an imperative keepsake during times of great tension or war. Equipment is necessary within the village and is always kept up with in order to avoid any mishaps, it is also a shinobi rule. Shops dot the market road and the main road, with fruitful goods ready to be given away at great prices! Some of Konoha's most pristine stores are as follows:
The establishment has a reputation for greeting its customers in an... unorthodox manner, but aside from that, it is very distinguishable from the ground of the village. A large spire building with a orange wood plank canopy and roof with stained glass, as well as a large kanji on top of the front door that reads "Merchant~!". The store has a great abundance of miscellaneous objects that bare zero to full value depending on the customer, if one cannot find a certain item, it is very likely located at the Pinnacle Crest.

Guilds and Factions
Guilds and factions take their place in the shinobi era as Clans. Clans control the political and financial horizons across many countries and villages, and in specific definition, clans are families or gatherings of related Shinobi. Outside individuals cannot simply register for one, membership is determined and classified by blood relations and genetics. Based on these genetics, clan members inherit secret techniques engineered by that clan. Due to these powers, clans hold control, strength, and status in Shinobi society, they generate a lot of renown and fear across Lands. Konoha holds the name of many recognizable clans:
- Aburame Clan
- Akimichi Clan
- Hyuga Clan
- Uchiha Clan
History
The Founding
Before the conception of the Leaf, mercenary clans fought fiercely to the point of breaking morality. The two powerhouse clans who were the talk amongst the nearby lands of the Land of Fire were the Senju and the Uchiha. The duo clans had always struggled against each other for as long as legend can tell. No longer being able to allow this continuous bloodshed, Hashirama Senju stood strong and used his status as Senju leader to broker a truce between their rival clan, and his childhood comrade, Madara Uchiha. Thus, the Uchiha and Senju combined their efforts, allies, and trust to establish the first Shinobi village: Konohagakure. This leadership gave a display of true peace in a near future, convincing other sectors during the Warring States Period to cease battle and form their own ninja villages.Falling Out
Konohagakure began its expansion, however, with incoming growth, the requirement for a leader began to shed its light. Madara Uchiha held the ideals, abilities, and reasoning to bear that title, yet, his terror of his childhood ally betraying his trust and oppressing his clan became his most prominent bane. To quell his concerns, he turned to his clan for support in disposing and overthrowing Hashirama, to his surprise, no Uchiha listened or would help. Shocked and full of rage, believing Hashirama's ethics of morality have stained the way the world works, and due to this rage, he confronted him and forced himself to overtake him. The two wore themselves out in battle, fighting till the very last drop of blood in the Final Valley. Screaming each other's names, Madara was ultimately defeated and was considered dead. During this conflict, Madara unleashed the power of a Tailed Beast, the beast known as the Nine-Tails, consequently after Madara's death, Konoha was left in possession of this creature. To contain it, Konoha called upon those who have an affinity in sealing, known as Uzushiogakure, and began close ties with them, commencing a tradition of sealing the Nine-Tails within Uzumaki. The Three World Wars
After the events of the Final Valley, Hashirama came into contact with the other Tailed Beasts, and sold them to other villages to promote peace across them all. Contrary to what Hashirama believed, this sparked the First Shinobi World War, in which Hashirama perished in. Hashirama's brother, Tobirama Senju, then held the title of leader, the Second Hokage, sadly he perished in that same war, acting as a decoy for his subordinates to escape and carry on his flame. Shortly before his passing, he appointed Hiruzen Sarutobi for his ardent sense of the Will of Fire, becoming the Third Hokage. There few surviving records or witness reports of this war, but the effects of this war birthed the tactics that shape the cornerstone of warfare.Several years passed with Hiruzen as the Third Hokage, and with politcal distress arising between Sunagakure, the Land of Wind, and Konohagakure, the Second Shinobi World War began. Konoha's army of Shinobi were tasked upon battling Iwagakure, the Land of Earth, and Sunagakure, unlike the other wars, the combating lands took their violence to other parts of the Land of Fire, Amegakure substituting as a battlefield. During these skirmishes, Amegakure's leader, Hanzo of the Salamander, sparked conflict with Hiruzen's students, Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade. After the fight, he yielded his pride and provided them with the title of The Legendary Sannin. Devastation rained the lands used by the the warring nations, the outcome of this raised questions as to the moral ambiguity of the Shinobi countries, and signed treaties to not cross their ninja conflict into other neutral lands. Aside from the ramifications felt by surrounding lands, the Five Great Shinobi Countries were left seriously wounded and were forced to end in a armistice treaty. The end results of this war changed the system of Shinobi for a long while to come, mostly by the hand of Tsunade herself. She established a revolution within the Medical Ninja field, with her ideas allowing for higher mission success and survival rates that still are set in place to this day.
Similarly to past wars, a decade after the treaty between villages were made, the nations collided once more in the Third Shinobi World War. This event is considered the most significant and influential of them all, involving a wide circle of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Shinobi villages, and other Lands. Around the time period before the war began, national power declined rapidly and rained thoughts of discomfort to the Great Shinobi Nations that they're reign is soon to come to an end. Due to these political issues, the nation's Daimyos scrambled for a solution to keep their rule alive for longer, and resorted to overtaking the land, resources, and influences other small countries owned. Along these country borders, smaller nations entered skirmishes with other Great Shinobi Countries, small lands, and Shinobi villages. As time passed, the conflict spread its flames far across simple skirmishes but into the dangerous beast known as war. This unprecedented, unorthodox method of spreading out military to other lands caused for great consequences and shortages of Shinobi forces to all Great Shinobi Countries. The friction between all nations can be defined as a battle of attrition with never ending torment. Even great powers like Konoha were not excluded from that army reduction, they even resorted to using children in their militias out of desperation. Iwagakure pounced at this opportunity, and attempted to siege the Land of Fire's border. The war between Konoha and Iwagakure spawned new challenges and conflicts, out of these conflicts, came the birth of the Yellow Flash of the Leaf or Konoha's Yellow Flash, more closely known as Minato Namikaze. Minato's efforts sabotaged Iwagakure tactics and essentially paralyzed any offensive movements against the Land of Fire they could've taken. This, in turn, was a key factor in Iwagakure's surrender in accepting a peace treaty from Konoha. Other nations that became involved were Sunagakure and Kumogakure, or the Hidden Cloud Village, and Kirigakure, or the Hidden Mist Village. The war had ended strongly in Konoha's favor, however, not without the loss of many men, citizens, and even Tailed Beasts. Some time following the war, Hiruzen, The Third Hokage, created and established a policy to abolish their unprecedented war practices, as well as bring an end to the warfare between them and the other Shinobi nations, and as a cherry on top, Hiruzen requested no reparations from Iwagakure. Controversy arose with this decision from their Hokage, advocates of the war deemed Hiruzen's words and leadership as weak and citizens spoke out about their discontent. Since the village's dissatisfaction cried loudly, Hiruzen ultimately stepped down as Hokage. Leaving room for Fourth Hokage to rise up, and the one who took this title was none other than Minato Namikaze. The Uchiha received no praise for their work during warfare, bringing forth hatred towards Leaf officials.
Nine-Tailed Demon Fox Attack
Soon after Minato took office, a masked man abducted Minato's wife, the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails, Kushina Uzumaki. The masked individual waited out the birth of Kushina's son and removed the Tailed Beast, and used the deadly weapon against its owners. Minato took swift action to dispose of the masked man, yet despite his efforts, he and his wife gave their life to seal the Nine-Tails within their child as their only option. Minato requested one thing before his passing, and that was to regard his son as a hero, and not as a monster who took the lives of many.Hiruzen, the former Hokage, took Minato's will and spread it to the people of Konoha, predominately, those who were acquainted with Minato took his word for it and followed his instructions. Many of the other citizens did not follow suit, since their grief fueled stubbornness in the wake of such a deadly attack. Hiruzen intentionally set boundaries to avoid this abhorrence towards Minato's son, forbidding anyone to mention the attack of the Nine-Tails, however, this countermeasure only led towards Konoha's children to as well harbor hatred towards his son, without ever considering as to why. Minato was never able to fully provide an explanation as to the occurrences of that fateful night, so other Konoha villagers filled in the blanks themselves. Historically, the Nine-Tails has attacked many settlements and is drawn to large populations and concentrations of dark human nature, so Konoha folk believed the Nine-Tails arrived at his own volition and was a natural occurence. Konoha officials thought otherwise, and laid fault towards the Uchiha, their reasoning being their special visual prowess of their Sharingan allowed them to control the Nine-Tails. Uchiha took great offence to this, and strengthened the tension the Uchiha felt with Konoha. Minato's disciple, Jiraiya, had theorized that Madara Uchiha was the one truly behind the attack, and realized that Minato's decision to seal the Tailed Beast within his son was no mere choice, but had more significance to it than led on.
The Hyuga Affair
The incident of the Hyuga affair happened during the events of the Third Great Ninja War, when Kumogakure was against Konoha. The rivaling nations settled under a peace treaty to cease battle, and the covenant was to be physically signed within Konoha walls during the day of their princess's birthday. Kumogakure representatives arrived in Konoha, but used their treaty as a cover for their Head Shinobi to infiltrate the clan house and kidnap the Hyuga princess to investigate the clan's visual ability, the Byakugan. The Head Shinobi was killed in a battle with the princess's father, Hiashi Hyuga, this urgency caused all ANBU within the village to be sent out on one singular mission to locate and investigate this major crime, and left Konoha's key Shinobi to guard the village. Konoha confronted Kumogakure, but they denied all accusations, and demanded the body of Hiashi Hyuga as compensation per the rules of their treaty. This ordeal led to Hizashi Hyuga, Hiashi's twin brother, to step up and take the place of his brother. Hizashi knew that Kumogakure would not be able to distinguish him between his brother, and that his cursed seal placed upon him by the Hyuga Main House, would lock the Byakugan he held upon his death, protecting its secrets. Hiashi was reluctant and outwardly spoke against this idea, but Hizashi willingly accepted this procedure. The deceptive switch between Hiashi and Hizashi went smoothly, and the details of this trade are kept confidential between higher-ups.Konoha Crush
Konoha Crush was the name of a pre-planned invasion of Konoha by Otogakure, the Hidden Sound Village, and Sunagakure during a famous tournament and exam, the Chunin Exams. Hiruzen's past student, Orochimaru, lead the assault as the leader, and killed Sunagakure's Fourth Kazekage in order to control them to attack Konoha. Orochimaru took on the role of the Fourth Kazekage during the exams, and planned for Sunagakure's One-Tails Jinchuriki to release his Tailed Beast in the center of the tournament to attract attention, while forces were busy with the One-Tails, meanwhile Orochimaru's forces and Sunagkure's Shinobi would surround the village and destroy through its barriers. Orochimaru was tasked with murdering his old mentor, Hiruzen Sarutobi. The One-Tails was injured during the exams, and was left mentally incapable of fulfilling his role, leaving Orochimaru's subordinate to incapacitate the citizens present and begin the invasion. Konoha Shinobi fought off Otogakure Shinobi that infiltrated the stadium, while Orochimaru erects a barrier to cage Hiruzen and him, allowing for no interference in his battle with Hiruzen. Konoha's walls were breached by Otogakure and Summoning Beasts, Konoha Shinobi fought hard to buy time for citizens to escape safely. As the invasion progressed, Konoha's more seasoned ninja came to aid in the situation, and turned the tides in Konoha's favor, one of these being Jiraiya. Orochimaru's battle ended with Hiruzen's death, but not before Hiruzen sealed away the use of his arms, this caused Orochimaru to retreat with his Otogakure Shinobi. Sunagakure surrendered following Otogakure's retreat, since their allies have abandoned them. Sunagakure searched the land for the whereabouts of their Kazekage, soon discovering the corpse and discovering Orochimaru's manipulation. The village informed Konoha of the details of the event, and offered an apology and their repentance, which Konoha accepted and both nations found peace. Sunagakure swore to arrive whenever Konoha was in dire need, and received beneficial influence from Konoha. Konoha suffered many losses from Konoha Crush, the main one being the loss of their Hokage. Out of fear of invasions due to their weakened state, officials quickly scrambled to find someone to bear the Hokage title. Jiraiya was seeked out to become Hokage, but he refused and suggested that his comrade, Tsunade take on the mantle. After heavy convincing, Tsunade became the Fifth Hokage and helped Konoha in their dire need of reconstruction, however in consequence of the assault, Konoha forces were forced to take a rapid amount of missions to replenish themselves, meaning weaker ranked Shinobi would be assigned higher ranked missions than they were accustomed to.
Pain's Assault
A dangerous criminal organization known globally as the Akatsuki infiltrated Konoha in an attempt to capture the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, Naruto Uzumaki. This group was led by a figure known as Pain, who was accompanied by 5 others of the same name. Jiraiya led a solo infiltration to Amegakure, the Land of Rain, that inevitably caused his death by the hand of the Six Paths of Pain. Jiraiya etched a coded message on the back of his summoning, allowing Konoha to pool more information on the Akatsuki's leader. As the Cypher Core worked hours on end to decipher Jiraiya's message, Konoha reinforced its defensive measures and kept their Shinobi in Konoha with few leaving for assignments. Naruto Uzumaki was transferred over to the home of the toads, Mount Myoboku to learn Senjutsu to effectively counter Pain. Pain and his partner, Konan, arrived at the outskirts of Konoha's walls and swiftly killed all of the Wall Scouts. Their next obstacle was passing Konoha's Detection Barrier, to exploit their protocols, Pain summoned one of his Five Paths, the Animal Path, inside the village to fool Sensory Shinobi to think there was one intruder. Briefly after the first intrusion, the Animal Path summoned the rest of the infiltration party inside and all of them quickly dispersed. The Animal Path, Asura Path, and the Preta Path took the role of diversions for the Jonin, with a cluster of gigantic animal summonings to a slew of advanced technological weaponry spitting destruction across many buildings. Konan, the Deva Path, the Human Path, and the Naraka Path devoted themselves to search for the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, Naruto Uzumaki. This squad used many methods to gather information on the Tailed Beasts whereabouts, to Jutsu to simple threats of death.Initially, Konoha believed that Pain's assault comprised of one man, and so they prepared as such. However, when it was discovered there were several intruders, Konoha was caught in an awkward position and they rapidly switched tactics to dispose of the diversions that were the Pain Paths. Medical task forces set up defenses in the Konoha Hospital, where they can tend to the wounded, and the current Hokage, Tsunade, ordered for Naruto's return to Konoha and for him to help in battle. Tsunade then summoned her giant slug, who has healing capabilities, to divide into thousands of minute versions of the slug and to adhere itself onto the Jonin who most critically needed medical attention. A Jonin Sensei known as Kakashi Hatake, managed to secure a victory over the Deva Path yet with his success, he barely clung onto his life while he suffered major chakra loss. Konan and the other Paths switched objectives, and the Animal Path resorted to attacking the Cypher Core and the Hokage's Estate. The Human Path came into contact with Tsunade's assistant and by using a Jutsu, he managed to discover Naruto's location. Pain, irritation getting under his skin after witnessing the loyalty the village has for such a monster that was the Nine-Tails, he ordered Konan and the other Pain Paths to evacuate the village. Pain released a large scale version of his ability, Almighty Push, to destroy the village entirely, killing thousands of Leaf citizens. Tsunade managed to salvage the hospital with her slug as a shield, and she attached many of her slugs on slowly dying Shinobi, however, everything besides Hokage Rock was destroyed. As the village was left in ruin, Naruto was summoned in the center of the crater, standing upon gigantic toads. As the dust settled, the Pains gathered to face the Jinchuriki, Naruto was able to take down 5 of the Pain bodies, the Deva Path Pain was severely weakened due to his massive usage of chakra for the Almighty Push. When the Deva Path regained its abilities, Naruto was left immobilized by it and the Byakugan Princess, Hinata Hyuga, came to his aid. Pain remorselessly took Hinata down, seemingly killing her, and this enraged Naruto, forcing him to undertake the Six-Tailed Transformation. A destructive battle that shook the land broke out between Pain and the Nine-Tails Transformed Naruto, however, the Nine-Tails was resealed within Naruto and he defeated the Deva Path in his normal form. Naruto realized under his own accord that Pain was being controlled as a puppet, and that the body he fought was a corpse, and that the true Pain was hidden within a false tree. Naruto went to confront the true Pain, and within that base he met Nagato, one of Jiraiya's old students. After a large argument between the two, Naruto put faith in the teachings of his master and to not kill Nagato, this act made Nagato believe in the teen to find peace. Nagato used the last remaining bit of his power to revive all the people killed in the assault, killing him in the process.
Aftermath
Konan having lost her only comrade left, made the decision to leave the Akatsuki and swore to Naruto that Amegakure would provide help whenever needed. The Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, was left in a comatose state, leaving Konoha without leadership. The Leaf Council and the governing body assembled for a discussion, and Danzo was appointed by the Fire Daimyo as the unofficial Sixth Hokage until a vote could formally put him in office. Danzo's first rule of order was to eliminate a prominent Rogue, Sasuke Uchiha, and marked him for assassination. At the same time, an envoy of Kumogakure Shinobi demanded all intel on Sasuke Uchiha, for he attacked a close sibling of the Fourth Raikage. To discuss in detail about what to do, Kumogakure invited Konoha to the Five Kage Summit, a gathering of all the Kage from the Five Great Shinobi Nations.Fourth Great Shinobi World War
Following Pain's Assault, the Kage convened to debate the growing aggression from the last surviving Akatsuki members and Sasuke Uchiha. Tobi, one of the only members, demanded to the Kage to hand over the Eight-Tails and the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki for his Eye of the Moon plan, without hesitation, the Kage refused. Tobi then proclaimed the beginning of the Fourth Great Shinobi World War, due to this, the Five Great Shinobi Nations combined powers to make the Allied Shinobi Forces. The Daimyo approved of this coalition, and Kabuto, Orochimaru's disciple, united with Tobi. The initial phase of the war was a battle of intel, both sides of the war had no clue of what the other was capable of doing. Shinobi were fanned out the lands to acquire information on Akatsuki, and Akatsuki sent in agents to muscle in on Allied Shinobi intel. The Akatsuki bolstered their numbers with many cannon fodder known as Zetsu. The Allied Shinobi Forces thought it wise to hide the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, Naruto, and the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki, Killer B, on an isolated islet. This partnership gave course to Naruto's mastery of the Nine-Tails chakra. One of the residual Akatsuki members managed to divulge the coordinates to the island the Jinchuriki were situated before their demise.
There were approximately 80,000 Shinobi amassed for the war, while the Akatsuki wielded 100,000 Zetsu for warfare.
Divisions
The Allied Shinobi Forces separated their many fighters in distinctive subdivisions:- First Division
- Second-Division
- Third-Divsion
- Fourth-Division
- Fifth Division
Strategies
The Allied Shinobi Forces recognized that the Zetsu would have to travel by either land or sea due to their base positioned at the Mountain Graveyard. For them to advance, they would need to travel through the land bridge that was the Land of Frost and the Land of Steam. The Allied Shinobi Forces alerted the Lands to evacuate southward towards the Land of Fire. The First Division posted near the northern tip part of the Land of Lightning to prevent any Akatsuki utilization of the Ishika Bay to access the Mountain Graveyard. The Second Division set themselves on the Land of Lightning border to block off an easy entrance from the north, the Third Division proceeded swiftly through the center of the Land of Frost, but were called to aid the Surprise Attack Division in the Land of Steam. The Fourth Division positioned on the frontier of the Land of Lightning and Land of Frost to intercept any southern movement. The Fifth Division were in the northern arc of the Land of Frost that hinged in the middle of the Land of Lightning border and Land of Frost border, this location sat near the First Division, this was intentional in case of any emergency that needed immediate action, this was also to finish the ninja barrier on the Land of Frost and Land of Lightning Barrier.
Secondary Deployment
The war progresses with the First and Fourth Divisions holding significant roles, the Intel Division devises a new tactic to efficiently deal with Akatsuki advancement. The decision was made to concentrate the enemy groups battling the First Division by connecting their forces with the close Fifth Division. A large portion of the Second Division would concomitantly join by moving along the ocean to sandwich the enemy in a pincer maneuver. This would consequently thin out the Second Division, however the free spaces left by the Second Division would be taken by the Fifth Division to sync with their formation. As this occurs, the Fourth Division would retreat in a chevron fashion to purposely lure the enemy. This line would sever but quickly join back with the First Division for more cavalry. Once the conjoined First and Fourth Division take out their targets, they would switch to the Fourth Division, who were facing opponents, from behind and join the effort to take them out. The drawbacks to this plan were noticeable, heavy reliability on the quick movement from the Second and Fifth Division, doubts of being able to mount a full attack on the long-range unit, and enemy suspicion as to why the Fourth Division would split since they lacked the ability to approach.Night Deployment
The darkness blankets the sky and the Allied Shinobi Forces allocate their forces in favor of observation, they take the opportunity for the Logistical Support and Medical Division to tend to the wounded. The camp is guarded heavily by verifying chakra signatures and cross referencing them to Alliance headquarters. These measures fail as Zetsu were able to even copy chakra signatures of soldiers they touch, as well as take their countenance. This resulted in many fatalities across Alliance camps, causing panic and great wariness among Shinobi, and the Intel Division was suddenly thrusted a new challenge to solve. The Intel Division came to the ironic conclusion of utilizing the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki to distinguish their "evil intent" properties, a newly awakened ability. Naruto used the Shadow Clone Technique to multiple himself and disperse them across the camps to distinguish friend from foe. This prompts the mobilization of the Jinchuriki to arrive the next day.Akatsuki Deployments
Kabuto was tasked to control movements of reincarnated dead soldiers. A group reanimated soldiers took to the sky and dropped several bombs from above to scatter their enemy, this was done to apparently distract from the fact their army was not moving from above, but from below. Some were uncovered, but many accomplished in reaching their appointed battlefields and with the coming conflicts, the leader of the Zetsu, Black Zetsu, would infiltrate the Daimyo safe house to use the leaders as hostages and bargaining chips. They were not aware of the Jinchuriki's mobilization, so their efforts were for naught, and took the opportunity to engage with Daimyo guards and soldiers to further separate their attention from the war.Battles
Several battles between the Akatsuki and Allied Shinobi Forces broke out, wins and losses were handed swiftly. Following the many casualties, Akatsuki and Allience forces were reduced to half, and the battlefield was set as Naruto, Killer B, Kakashi Hatake, and Might Guy confronted Tobi. Tobi used the reincarnated Jinchuriki bodies to assemble his own Six Paths of Pain, and they quickly engaged in battle. The Tailed Beasts were slowly emerging from their hosts and it was a battle against the time, Tobi then used the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path to effectively seal all the Tailed Beast Chakra into a vessel. Tobi then proceeds to battle the group, he is informed of his comrade's defeat, and out of desperation he begins the revival of the Ten-Tails. Naruto and his comrades realized a way to land a finishing blow against their enemy, and used clever tactics to do so, finally slamming Tobi's mask with Naruto's technique, Rasengan. Tobi was revealed to be Obito Uchiha and is quickly joined by a reincarnated Madara Uchiha, who at the time, was battling the Five Kage. Madara observes the Ten-Tail's botched complete revival, and attempts to seize the Tailed Beasts from Naruto and Killer B. Madara fails, and the Ten-Tails is revived in an incomplete state.Battle Against the Ten-Tails
The Eye of the Moon plan requires precise positioning for the moon, and when the moon hits that spot, the Ten-Tails' eye would shine its powerful illusion against it, acting as a mirror for the entire world to fall into a deep slumber to exist in their pleasurable dreams. It would take time for the moon to reach its ideal spot, Madara and Obito deem it necessary to dispose of their enemies in the meantime by controlling the Ten-Tails. The Allied Shinobi Forces appear to aid Naruto and the others, they attempt a restraining tactic against it, yet, their maneuver is thwarted by a new transformation it takes. Frustrated yet calculated, Obito and Madara decide to kill the brains of the Allied Shinobi Forces, and send a barreling bomb towards the Intel Division. The Intel Division is destroyed with no survivors, Shikaku Nara takes his last moment alive to relay a final plan for the Allied Shinobi Forces to take. Setting this position took many lives, but they were able to sever the connection between the Ten-Tails and Madara and Obito, letting the gigantic beast run amok. The Ten-Tails prepares for a massive attack, but Kakashi uses his Mangekyo Sharingan to try and warp the eye of the beast away, but Obito quickly interrupts him and abducts him into a pocket dimension. As the attack ravages the land, Naruto protects all of the Shinobi with his Tailed Beast Cloak and he is provided help by the reincarnated bodies of the Hokage. The Hokage arrive with Orochimaru and Sasuke Uchiha, the cavalry they bring shocks many of the allied troops. The First Hokage locks the Ten-Tails and the other Hokage trap its swelling body within a barrier, to protect itself, the Ten-Tails releases several mini clones of itself onto the battlefield. It becomes aware the Tailed Beast is quickly nearing its final stage, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno join together in an effort to badly damage the creature, they succeed in doing so. Kakashi and Obito spar one another, in the end, both impale each other through the chest, leaving Kakashi immobilized and badly injured, while Obito is pierced straight through his heart, collapsing and gagging up blood. With the last few droplets of strength, Obito returns to the real world roaring in agony. Madara senses Obito's arrival, and takes advantage of his perilous state and forces him to weave a Jutsu to return Madara back to life. Obito gives resistance and seals the Ten-Tails into his own body, making him the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki and the Hokage realize the harm this could bring and attack him. Senjutsu is the only method to inflict serious harm on Obito, and Obito finally releases the Ten-Tails into its final transformation, the Divine Tree. The Allied Shinobi Forces are stranded in a bad position, with their forces decreasing in numbers, they resort to a final attack plan. Naruto and Sasuke Uchiha sprint towards the beast and launch their attack plan to release the Tailed Beast within Obito, they succeed and leave Obito incapacitated. Due to Obito's weakened state, Black Zetsu overtakes him and forces him to revive Madara to his original body. Madara attacks Hashirama, the First Hokage, and steals his Senjutsu in order to sense his surroundings, and his first act alive is to take back the Tailed Beasts. At first, Madara is wiped across the floor, but he receives his original eye, the Rinnegan, from Zetsu and with this difference, he manages to effectively seal all the Tailed Beast. Naruto was left in a comatose state after his Tailed Beast was removed and was reaching death and Sasuke was stabbed by Madara. Naruto is delivered to Minato Namikaze by his comrade Gaara, Minato had previously sealed half of the Nine-Tails chakra within him so if he was able to transfer that chakra into Naruto, he can return to consciousness. Black Zetsu intervenes and steals the chakra for himself, however, this allows an opening for Obito to take back control. Obito had reached a new conclusion that he was wrong, and attempts to save Naruto with Sakura providing support in the pocket dimension. Sasuke was helped by Kabuto, who also had a change of heart, and healed his wounds.Battle of the Infinite Tsukuyomi
Madara, now handling the title of the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, has the ability to accomplish the Eye of the Moon Plan, or the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Without any Senjutsu techniques to damage Madara, Might Guy decides to put his Taijutsu abilities to the test, Taijutsu being hand to hand combat and techniques. Might Guy prepares his ultimate secret Jutsu, which he dubs Night Guy and faces Madara head on, opening all Inner Eight Gates and throwing everything in his arsenal at him. Might Guy barely reaches victory, leaving Madara seriously wounded but failing in the process. This exertion of chakra left Might Guy clinging to his life and paralyzed from his waist downwards, never being able to walk again. Naruto and Sasuke, half dead, met the Sage of Six Paths, the son of the Progenitor of Chakra. After some philosophical discussion, the Sage of Six Paths shares a portion of his power to both of them and they both return to reality, where they engage in battle with Madara. Clearly no match for both Sasuke and Naruto alone, Madara impatiently searches for a way to retrieve his other Rinnegan. He steals Kakashi's Sharingan and transports to the pocket dimension where Obito and Sakura reside. He pulls out the Rinnegan from Obito's eye and implants it back into its rightful socket. Once Madara returns back, he unleashes the Infinite Tsukuyomi on the world. Sasuke shields himself and his comrades, Naruto, Kakashi, and Sakura. The entire Allied Shinobi Forces are stuck in illusory planes, suddenly, the Infinite Dream takes its toll on Madara's body. Soon after convulsing from the chakra exertion, his Ten Tails Jinchuriki form gives leeway for the Progenitor of Chakra to arrive, Kaguya Otsutsuki. She summons an alternate dimension onto the battlefield, and switches the battlefield. Not dissimilar to Madara, Kaguya has trouble battling Naruto and Sasuke at the same time, so she separates them across dimensions. Obito and Sakura locate Sasuke and reunite him with Naruto, this irritates Kaguya to the point where she transports them into a dimension with extremely high gravity. Kaguya shoots a bone projectile at the two to finally finish them off, however Kakashi and Obito throw themselves in the way to protect them, as time slows, Obito saves Kakashi by using his Mangekyo Sharingan to send the projectile to another dimension. Naruto and Sasuke take this opportunity Obito gave them to attack Kaguya once more, Kakashi uses Susano'o to create an opening for Naruto and Sasuke to seal Kaguya away, before she can escape, Sakura slams her fist into her cheek. Kaguya becomes confined within a planet made of debris, and the remaining Shinobi win the battle for peace. The Sage of Six Paths and the reincarnated Shinobi summon them back to the real world, and Madara, due to his sudden Ten-Tails extraction, passes away.Aftermath
After the sealing of Kaguya, the Sage of Six Paths state in order to release the Infinite Tsukuyomi Naruto and Sasuke need to perform a hand sign. With other dark motivations, Sasuke refuses to weave the sign with Naruto and imprisons the Tailed Beasts and threatens to kill the current Kage so that he can become the judge of the world and help prevent such horrific wars. Naruto declines Sasuke's foolish remarks and the two battle it out at the Valley of the End. Their fight cut mountains and penetrated the earth, and lasted the entire day and night. Both regaining consciousness with their arms severed, Sasuke admits his defeat and surrenders. Together as Shinobi, they release the Infinite Tsukuyomi and free the Tailed Beasts. Combined influences from Naruto and Kakashi, as well as his actions to aid the war in the Allied Shinobi's favor, was enough to absolve Sasuke's criminal status. The Allied Shinobi Forces would reinstate themselves as the Shinobi Union, a pact of allied nations who strive for peace in collaboration and any hidden villages are allowed to take part. Tensions between villages were relieved and the Kages were able to discuss many matters without any subjective interjection. Without much need for weapons or militarization, Konoha advanced their technology to the point where they became the first metropolitan area in the Land of Fire.Architecture
The design structure varies between the buildings along the sandstone roads. Most buildings have whitewashed walls with orange, mint, and sky blue wooden roofing. The style of the buildings almost make Konoha an acrobatic playground, with so many obstacles to parkour over at fast paces. Citizens adorn their constructions by hanging traditional Japanese and Chinese decor, lanterns, prismatic posters, and fences.
Konoha Folk often plant several different species of trees that range from sakura, Japanese maples, and Asian white birches. There are many pipes that weave across the many buildings and many structure walls are barely left with any free or open space and are mostly covered with canopies that attach to the walls.

Geography
Konoha is situated at the base of a mountain that protrudes over the metropolitan area. A deep forest hugs the walls of the village, reinforcing its name as a hidden village, with a variety of forest dwelling creatures. The Land of Fire is no plain land, it sits upon many rolling hills and mountains with vegetation blooming upon its geography. Warm and bright weather are generally the most well known atmospheric conditions in the Land of Fire and Konoha.
Natural Resources
Timber from the deep woodlands of Konoha aid in construction for buildings and other varying structures. Water from the rivers that run through the village are used for transportation and as a consistent water and food source, since sea creatures tread through their currents. Metals, minerals, and ores are located within caves and tunnels that run around the back of Hokage Rock and Hokage Mountain, these ores are used for tools, industry, and trade. Herb bushes in the forests also provide medical properties to use in medication.
Standard wear for citizens can be whatever one sees fit. Be it stylistic choice, flexibility, or protection against damage.
Most Shinobi opt for attire that best suits their interest, personality, or fighting style.

Hokage Province
The province scale map of the Hokage Province, a region that is predominantly a shinobi power. It holds the capital to all shinobi activity within the Land of Fire, Konohagakure.
Konohagakure is the capital of the Land of Fire, ruled and governed by the Leaf Council and the Fire Daimyo.
Chakra is a destructive life source that many creatures and individuals produce to some degree, and those who overexert this energy die. Within the body, there are many chakra-producing organs that contain chakra nodes and chakra coils that circulate across the body, similar to the cardiovascular system. This specific system is known biologically as the Chakra Pathway System.
Shinobi typically search for ways to loosen their chakra coils and generate more chakra to release in certain chakra release pressure points called tenketsu. There are two components of chakra, physical energy and spiritual energy. When both are collectively combined, they create chakra. Physical energy is collected from each of the individual's cells and can be strengthened through persistent training, stimulants, and exercise.
Spiritual energy is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased with studying, meditation, and experience. If these two become strong, this will result in a power increase and therefore make any repeated practice a good method of increasing physical energy and spiritual energy.

Chakra
The most essential and basic factor to all Jutsu and technique. To perform these special Jutsu, the most common method to release is by Hand Seals. With each specific hand seal made, chakra can be manipulated and controlled by the user. This action of directly influencing this energy source allows for outcomes that cannot occur regularly, such as walking on liquid surfaces, scaling up the sides of vertical surfaces, breathing scorching fire, and releasing illusions.Chakra is a destructive life source that many creatures and individuals produce to some degree, and those who overexert this energy die. The entire village is as a family unit and every shinobi with a strong sense of this will believes, cherishes, and fights to keep the village standing as the previous generation has. This symbol drives home that shinobi should gain strength and continue battling opposition against all odds. And that the Will of Fire also builds ones strengths and willpower. It is the hope and dreams that the previous generation will prosper for themselves and the village.
