Woomera (Spear-thrower)

A ranged weapon designed to pierce the thick hides of Duanine and various megafauna such as Crocolisks and Hoarlions. It is usually a composite tool, including various functionalities such as a shovel, sickle, hoe, pickaxe, buckler, and yokable container for a small amount of bulk material, such as pine needles, reeds, or dirt. The weapon is fashioned with carved wood treated with ergonomically placed wax made from pine tar or rosin and the harvested wax from Treehopper nymphs. Modern woomeras are descried from Crooked Trimetal to better impart kinetic energy.
