Horus

Unlike any other galactic provider, HORUS is neither a corporation or government, it is more a decentralized amalgamation of Omninet personalities, memes, code, and cells that publish HORUS schemes and software. HORUS does not seem to have a higher purpose other than insisting on open Omninet access.
      Appearing after the MONIST-1 event no one really knows what HORUS is. It could be a Union honeypot to trap rogue NHPs (ai) or a GMS skunkworks project to test experimental mechs. It matters not who they are, just that they exist. To receive a HORUS license members are usually given a task and upon completion are given a LL as a badge of honor.
      The average person knows little of HORUS other than the occasional graffiti or ‘edgy’ meme. HORUS has no official spokesperson and is plagued by different groups claiming to speak for the whole. It is worth noting Metafold Vaults (Metavaults) are commonly associated with HORUS, but not caused by them. Metavaults are blended physical and meta-physical installations in real-space with stable access to metaspace. Think pocket dimension (some have been known to fold in on themselves, others to just contain a comet because why not).
