Avia Cinaelu

Avia is a former IPS-N pilot who has settled into semi-retirement in Brummbär. She serves as IPS-N’s part-time ambassador to Brummbär and spends her free time fine-tuning the colony’s schedule of imports and exports, untangling its nightmare of a power system, and maintaining every inch of the colony’s surface. With the powers of the colony long-since resigned to the troubling facts that dissuading Avia from these routines is practically impossible and that her efforts may be single-handedly preserving a large chunk of the former ship, Avia has a great deal of unofficial access and power. She uses the former without thought and the latter without any hesitation when the situation demands it.
