The Wax Man: WIP

Standing tall at over seven feet, this specter wanders the streets of Odret. His shoulders and head are covered in lit candles that create a protective shell of wax. He wanders aimlessly until he sees someone out after dark. He gives chase, hunting them through the streets until they make it home or into a shop. The Wax Man will wait for them outside for a few minutes before moving on.

Catching his victim results in burns on their arms from melting wax as he grabs them and tries to drag them away. His strength is weak, however, and it's fairly easy to get away from him. As far as anyone knows, he hasn't killed someone, just spooked and burned people.

His origins are unknown, but it's believed he was a victim of a house fire whose spirit never made it to an afterlife.
