Sewer Serpent
The Rat King isn't the only creature roaming the sewers of Luhren. Something else stirs in the darkness, slithering through the muck and hunting anything that moves. It can swallow an entire man if it wishes, so great is its size, but few are foolish enough to venture down there where they would be hunted by the Rat King or the serpent.
When it's not in the sewers, it makes its way to the exit to hunt in the woods and fields outside the city. Cattle are a particular favorite, and so they are locked up nightly behind barred doors to keep the serpent from eating them.
