The Elves Migrate to Laeriss

Of course the Elves did not stay in the feywild forever, when the first sentient species were coming to the prime material plane the god Ktuywayit decided that he would make a rift in the feywild and guide the Elves to Laeriss to have his own little sentient people. These Elves found themselves in an ocean on Laeriss, becoming the first Sea Elves.

About one-hundred-million years ago, the first sentient humanoids started coming to Laeriss, the god Ktuywayit wanted to get in on the new craze so he chose the Elves to be his sentient beings. He opened a rift in the feywild and lead the Elves to Laeriss, where they soon found themselves in the ocean and became the Sea Elves. While they were not quite as specially adapted to the water as modern Sea Elves, they slowly changed to be more similar to the ones we are familiar with, having greenish or teal skin, with shorter ears and less gangly or beastly features. The Elves who stayed within the feywild later became the Eladrin.
