The Zerion Elves Return to Laeriss

After the Zerion Elves had been stuck in the feywild for nearly 400 years, they discovered a new rift from the feywild to the material plane at the peak of a great mountain range. When they finally had returned to the prime material plane, they discovered themselves on strange giant mountains covered in a substance they had never seen before, snow. Though Ilkabis Zerion died soon after reaching the prime material plane prompting the name of the mountain range: The Zerion Mountains.

The Elves of the Zerion tribe wandered through the feywild for 400 years, constantly moving and trying to find a new rift home. While many lost hope over the long years, eventually they discovered a place where the wall between planes was thin. When they traveled through this area they found themselves in a new place again, except it was not new, it was the prime material plane. Yet soon after reaching the mountains of what would be called Xalia, Ilkabis Zerion, leader of the Zerion Elves, passed away. This inspired the Zerion Elves to name the mountain range the Zerion Mountains, signifying the new lands they now ruled, and their deceased leader. Though the two children of Ilkabis, who named themselves Ilkasias Zerion and Akabis Zerion respectively, did not know how to go about co-ruling the Zerion Elves together.
