The Horned Tiger
An old keep once owned by a group of mercenaries, it was abandoned after five of their founding members died and the company disbanded. The keep is now in the hands of the players, who have named it The Horned Tiger.
Design
The keep has four large walls, 35ft high surrounding a two story main building as well as a stable. A dock that could fit two boats and a dockmaster quarters are also part of the property just outside the walls.
The main building consists of three floors total. The first floor contains an entryway, large general purpose room with fireplace, armory, teleportation circle room, bath room, toilet room, planning room, tavern, and kitchen. There are two basements, the first of which is accessed from a gated staircase in the main room and contains several cages as well as holding cells. The second basement can be accessed via a hatch in the kitchen and contain a main holding area for goods and a second room that holds two large casks of liquor. Upstairs can be entered from the staricase in the main room and consists of twelve bedrooms as well as access to the interior of the walls.
The stable consists of seven large animal stalls as well as three outside troughs for visiting or resting animals.
The dockmaster quarters is a single room building next to the docks able to fit several pieces of large furniture.
The courtyard has a simple well with a lid, a large knight statue in front of a fountain, two large oak trees, and five graves against the front wall.

Special Properties
Fires seem to be immediately put out by a strong gust if they are set within the walls, but outside a building.
