Smithy's Smithy

A smithing workshop owned and operated by the Dwarf, Smithy H. Festerson. He has a contract to sell the weapons he makes to the ARMORY, but he'll repair any broken weapons for a reasonable price, so long as you've got the pieces. He can't repair magic effects, though. Best to take it to the artificer, Gwynry, for that.
