Shield of Omens, give me sight beyond sight!

Once per day starting at dawn, with attunement, the user may speak the command words to the shield followed by a question. Roll 1d20. On a 2-20, the shield will show a vision of the answer on it's mirrored surface. The vision can be seen by others in view of the shield but produces no sound. On a 1, the surface will cloud over momentarily before clearing again.
The accuracy, clarity, and length of the vision is based on the DM's interpretation of the d20 roll and the user's question.
