Hylian Fairy

Tiny fey, chaotic good
Hylian Fairies are extremely diminutive fey, averaging around 2-4 inches in height. They resemble small orbs of light with four insect-like wings.
When a Hylian Fairy encounters an injured creature, they will fly a spiral around them, healing up to 8d4+8 HP, before vanishing back to the Fae Realm.
Hylian Fairies can also be captured and kept in bottles. A fairy released from a bottle will immediately find the nearest injured creature and heal them. If a creature in possession of a bottled fairy hits zero HP, the fairy will immediately break out and heal them for 4d4+4 HP before disappearing.
