Serpent's reflex potion

Description:

This thin, shimmering green potion slithers in its container like a living thing. When uncorked, it releases a faint hiss and the scent of crushed herbs and venom. Distilled from serpent glands and laced with alchemical accelerants, this potion sharpens the drinker's reflexes to a supernatural edge. The liquid glows faintly in the dark and has a slightly tangy, electric taste.

Effect:

When consumed, the user gains advantage on Dexterity saving throws and +2 to AC against opportunity attacks for 1 minute.
The user’s pupils slit like a serpent’s, and their movements become unnaturally fluid and twitch-responsive.
After the effect ends, the user suffers 1 level of exhaustion due to the nervous system strain unless they succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw.

1 serpent gland (from a venomous snake or serpent beast)

2 sprigs of jungle twitchroot (a rare herb that grows in humid climates)

1 vial of alchemical base (such as quicksilver elixir or distilled jungle sap)
