Serpent Fang dagger
Description:
Fashioned from the curved fang of a massive serpent, this dagger has a wickedly sharp edge. The ivory-colored blade is laced with faint, dark veins where lingering venom has seeped into the bone. The hilt is wrapped in black leather, its grip firm but slightly tacky—whether from old blood or something more sinister is unclear. When wielded, the dagger exudes a faint, almost imperceptible hiss, as though the spirit of the serpent still lingers within.Effects:
Venomous Bite: On a hit, the dagger deals 1d4 piercing damage plus an additional 1d6 poison damage (once per turn). Light & Finesse: This dagger follows normal dagger properties. Toxic Wound: If a creature takes poison damage from this weapon, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or suffer disadvantage on their next attack roll or ability check due to lingering venomous pain. Fangs of the Silent Hunter: If an attack with this dagger is made while hidden or unseen, the poison damage increases to 2d6 instead of 1d6.
