Description:

Thick and sludgy, this deep crimson concoction bubbles with unnatural vitality. When held, the container faintly pulses, and the brew within shifts like living muscle. Created through crude alchemy and forbidden grafting byproducts, this mutagenic tonic temporarily forces the body into overdrive, bulging the muscles and invigorating the mind with raw aggression. However, the brew is unstable — pushing the body past safe limits causes side effects after the power fades.
Effect: For 1 minute, the drinker gains +2 to Strength-based checks and melee attack rolls, and their melee weapon attacks deal +2 bonus damage.
Side Effect: When the effect ends, the user must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or gain 1 level of Exhaustion due to muscle strain.
