Kaelthar Tooth

Description:

This savage, curved fang was torn from the mouth of Kaelthar, a fearsome Bonehunter Alpha known to stalk the volcanic jungles of Chult. A predator who grafted the claws, scales, and sensory organs of dinosaurs onto himself, Kaelthar was as much beast as man. His tooth is soaked in the primal essence of the hunt and still drips with black ichor—thick and tar-like, it refuses to dry.

The tooth’s ichor seems drawn to the presence of dinosaurs or reptilian beasts. When near such creatures, it vibrates faintly and exudes a scent of scorched earth and blood.
