Hallia Thorton

Stern and blunt, Hallia has taken the main position of the leaders of the Blackcloaks of Phandlin. Not a fighter herself per say but her previous experience leading and managing the miners exchange in Phandalin gives her the respect and admiration of the locals. She has a tendency to assume authority and take the spearhead in most operations.
