The Legion

This faction is made up of members from Trade City's army, navy, and town guard. This army is renowned for their combat prowess as well as their fondness for coin. Operating as an army for hire, The Legion is one of the few organized mercenary forces that not only serve the country's interests, but also their own. Recently the faction has begun focusing on preparation for what they believe to be an impending war with the northern nations. Due to Trade City's location on the mainland, any army wishing to travel across the continent must pass through Trade City. Therefore, Trade City lies in a unique position along the most profitable trade route in the world but this also makes the city vulnerable to any and all political unrest amongst other nations. The seasoned fighters are led by Ignoroc The Incontinent who stands resolute in his desires to not be caught unawares in the next continent wide war. His fears of impending war are only reinforced by the recent unrest between the northern warring elven nations.
