Stranger In The Horizon

An unknown stranger who approaches the party and offers a wish if they help name the new mainland city correctly.  He demonstrates his strange powers by manipulating the fire, playing magical pranks on Davwyn, and revealing a burning symbol on Chief's forehead. After sharing a meal with the party the stranger disappears into the sunset.
