Spyglass

From the outside Spyglass appears impressive but once inside the walls anyone can see that there are clearly several casts of society.  The poor and sick and segregated from a very well off upper class.  The politicians and elites of society are beyond a second set of walls that keep out even the most ambitious.  A well armed guard keep the different sects of society clearly separated and rarely even patrol the poor side known as "Beggars Keep."
Though the town is clearly prosperous, it is equally clear that the town's upper echelon only care for their own needs. Due to its financial capacity, the town is able to afford the best athletes to man its Rift team which has won five years running.
