Salty Rick is the crusty, no-nonsense captain of Queen’s Pyre, one of the few ships in Trade City capable of Astral phasing. Most of his business involves discrete transport and the occasional charter fishing or whale watching tour with discounted rates for birthdays and bar mitzvahs. His most expensive services involve extraplanar and astral travel which are offers to the highest bidder, when he has bidders.
