Kyan "Pepperre" Hiljen

A handsome agent that worked in tandem with Arnon's Bane to take down the Thieves Guild in Raiford's Keep. He was successfully able to ingratiate himself with one of the guild's assassins, The Urban Goose, by consuming large quantities of highly intoxicating potables. This secret agent was able to infiltrate Occam's Razor and identify the guild members.
