A charismatic blue kobold chef that pushes his food cart around The Grounds in Suncrest Heights. Though most people would stay away from such a bizarre looking food stand, those in the know are aware of how rare a treat it can be to dine with the one and only Kopaldi.  If you aren't on the list, expect a wait in the area of six months to enjoy some of his culinary explosions!
