The oldest standing faction in Trade City, Bellowvale consists of the richest and most esteemed members of the city. Their members' family roots are so deeply intertwined with the city's history that most can trace their heritage back to its conception. This faction boasts the most exclusive membership and the greatest cumulative financial assets at their disposal. They seek to continue their influence over the city's political and social structure, without exerting additional effort. Even though they are not active participants in normal social life, Bellowvale members remain relevant due to the fact that they own all the land in the city. All property in Trade City is owned by Bellowvale. Every business, resident, or potential tenant must receive approval from the faction in order to lease their respective property within city limits. The powerful faction is headed by Lord Kensington who governs the aristocracy with like a disapproving step mother.
