Maceration The aldaka is a dark red mushroom that grows underground, away from daylight. Prepared with a clever blend of oils and spices, it is made into a foul-smelling maceration that has the virtue of immediately restoring sight to a blinded creature if applied directly to the eyes.

A creature temporarily blinded and to which this cream is applied immediately regains its sight. Additionally, a creature that is permanently blind for natural reasons has a 50% chance of regaining sight after applying it for 10 minutes, provided its eyeballs are perfectly intact.
