The Nine Kelair

Summary

After the fall of race of the kela, their existence became forgotten amongst the survivors. The ones responsible for their fall, their supposed protectors were named the 'Kelair', and nine of them were remembered in the myth.

The myth is reality but this fact is only realized by the nine themselves.

Very few believe that there is a tenth, and the tenth kela is the one responsible for their demise

Cultural Reception

It's very important to the kela, as it proves they're an entirely different race from humans and this is a matter of pride. It is important to humans as it means they're coexisting with a superior race and need to eliminate opposition immediately.
