Physically, this is a planet around 4 times the size of the earth yet more sparsely populated. Orbiting are four moons of different sizes, ages and rock type. It's these moons' orbits which affect the features of each season and the type energy most prevalent. Geographically, the planet is similar to Earth, in that the land has collected in what one would refer to as continents, instead of one huge landform or many small islands. These are typically mapped into four regions (what we would refer to as NE, SE, SW, NW).   But the formation of the planet, looking at its radius is quite strange. No I haven't got the science figured out yet. I name each major section containing living beings as a 'World', though in reality it's no more than a 'layer' of the planet.   The First World, the inner core, is the smallest and holds the least amount of life. To be specific, one life form. Like you would imagine, it's the hot dense core, the source of the planet's energy which is primarily formed as magic. The Worm inhabits this world, a being which exists only because of magic. It's sheer size takes up most of the space in this world, and there is nothing apart from this. It does not eat - it feeds off the energy of life, and in return grants the energy of magic. CONCEPT: The creature will die, after an immeasurable amount of time, forming the rocky layer we recognise in our own earth. The death of the Worm results in a change of energy; magic will cease to exist, and the four Worlds will shrink. In the Earth's case, the fourth world has also vanished from existence.   The Second World is the sea, the largest and deepest world. The intense pressure of the water contains the Worm. There are two substances making up this world - water (as we know it) and another which doesn't have a name to us. This substance is a dense liquid, found nearer to the core, and home to the larger species - serpents and dragons. The majority is clear stretches of water, oceans' worth if it. Closer to the surface are rock structures the size of mountains, kept afloat by magic and pressure.   The Third World is the land of humans, and many many other, more dominant species. This world has the most variety, consisting of both humanoids and animals, and this is where the Worm gets most of its life energy. The Third World includes the land above water and the lower sky, having the least depth of the four worlds, but being extremely wide.   The Fourth World is held solely by magic. This is the upper sky, above the clouds where most magical energy is consumed, by the like of dragons. These beings are close to celestial, and the world itself differs from the others by its in incredible size (and size of lifeforms) and magical potential. Some beings may come down into the Third World to bless the area or explore, however the drastic change in energy type means they can be easily drained of life and cannot survive for long period of time there.
