Macron Andorra, an especially ambitious and bloodthirsty half-elf warlord, claimed the small valley as his own after he wed Lucia Caius.

Macron Andorra married Lucia, a beautiful human woman from the Caius family, the branch family of the Gaius family. She was gifted with abilities that no one could explain and many believed her to be an Isha despite her being a pureblood human from a completely human family.
