The Crystal Age
The Upper World is all that is left of the Earth Below. The Crystal Hearts keep the islands afloat and the world is ruled by the Tanith and Aseth. Humanity clings to a thread as the final judgement of the gods draws near. What created the crystal hearts? what is their purpose? What happened to Earth?
((The Crystal Age is not going to be a very large world, and my goal is to write everything about it with less than 100,000 words. It is meant to be a compact and limited word. the pages here also function as a design document for a game of the same name. I wrote about this world from 2006 to 2008 and most of it exists in a single lost notebook and little else. The game will probably never be made, so as a warning, there are story spoilers all throughout every one of these articles.))
